Gymnasts of Manav Mangal School (Sector 11) bagged 18 gold medals at the Haryana State Gymnastics Championship which recently concluded at Rohtak. 

In the boys' 9 to 11 years age group, Arav (Panchkula), Rishabh (Jhajjar) and Prabhat (Rohtak) claimed the first three positions, respectively. In the girls' event, Sarika (Panchkula), Chhaya (Jhajjar) and Sheetal (Rohtak) were top-three finishers. Aarav and Sarika of Panchkula won the mixed pair event, while Gaurav and Rudrakshi (Jhajjar) finished second. Ishan and Nishimiiditi (Gurugram) claimed the third position. 

In the trio event, Yashvi, Riya and Divyanshi won the top honour. Nancy, Rishu and Kiran (Jhajjar) claimed the second position, while Rhthem, Jay and Sahil (Rohtak) finished third. In the boys' 12 to 14 years category, Kanav (Panchkula) claimed the first spot, followed by Gaurav (Jhajjar) at second and Mayank (Rohtak) at third. 

In the girls' event, Mehak (Panchkula), Nidhi (Jhajjar) and Geetanshi (Kurukshetra) were the top three finishers, respectively. Kanav and Mehak (Panchkula) won the mixed pair event, followed by Gaurav and Rane (Jhajjar) at second position and Amar and Priyanka (Gurugram) at third. In the trio event, Chetna, Smridhi and Vaani (Panchkukla) won the top honour. 

Deepika, Nirmala and Gunjan (Jhajjar) finished second, while Payal, Upasana and Kanishka (Rohtak) claimed the third position.

Around 654 players from all districts of Haryana participated in the championship. 

Sandeep Sardana, Principal of Manav Mangal School (Panchkula), congratulated the players along with Neel Kamal, international coach and general secretary of Gymnastics Association Panchkula, and Vipul Sharma.
