A Hallo Majra resident has been booked for stalking and molesting a woman near a dispensary in Hallo Majra.
According to the police, the victim alleged that Abhishek, a resident of Hallo Majra village, touched and molested her on May 11.
The police investigated the complaint and later registered a case under Sections 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 354-A (sexual harassment) and 354-A (stalking) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at the Sector 31 police station.
