Mohali: The Director of the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) will preside over Saturday’s convocation as the chairman of the board of governors has decided to skip the event. While Director Raghuram Rao Akkinepally will preside over the convocation, and the Vice-Chancellor of the Central University of Tamil Nadu will be the chief guest. As many as 272 students will be awarded degrees. — TNS
