Patiala, May 20
Punjabi University’s BA Economics Honours School programme has been recognised as a four-year course by the University of North British Columbia,Canada. The University’s students would undertake MA course at the Canadian University through a transfer programme.
The department officials said they have best teaching facilities, including smart boards, air conditioning and internet. They said they have research collaborations with top universities, including University of California and Seoul National University.
Dr Lakhwinder Singh, HoD, BA Economics Honours School, said the department has started the course in collaboration with the UNBC. — TNS
