St John’s Old Boys Association will organise the 32nd edition of the SJOBA Rally from March 1-3, the organisers said here on Tuesday.
The rally is spread over three days, starting with detailed scrutiny of vehicles in Mohali on Day 1. The rally will be flagged off on the second day of the challenge and will cover nearly 200-250km daily in the picturesque locales of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh, said the organisers, adding that the route has been totally revamped this year and there were no competitive sections from the previous rallies.
The organisers, meanwhile, said the routes were less populated areas, which added to the safety and viability of the sporting event. The rally will culminate in Chandigarh on March 3. — TNS
