Two arrested with 25-gm heroin

PATIALA:The Rajpura police have arrested two men with 25 grams of heroin.



Patiala, December 10

The Rajpura police have arrested two men with 25 grams of heroin. The suspects have been identified as Chamkaur Singh of Bathinda and Gurjant Singh of Moga.

The police said they had laid a check-post at the Gagan Chowk when they received information about the two men. The police said they rounded up the suspects at the ICL railway crossing and recovered 25 grams of heroin from them.

The police have registered a case against the suspects under Sections 21, 61 and 85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. — TNS
