Vivek High School, Sector 38, drubbed hosts St Kabir School, Sector 26, 43-17 to win the boys' U-13 title on the concluding day of the St Kabir Inter-School Basketball Championship, here on Monday.
Harnur contributed 20 points to the Vivek High tally, while Daksh collected 10 points for the hosts.
Earlier, in the quarterfinals, the hosts had overcome Saupin’s School 23-8.
Learning Paths School, Mohali, finished third after beating Vivek High School, Mohali, 38-8 in the playoff.
The girls' U-12 title went to St Kabir School. The hosts outplayed Strawberry Fields World School, Sector 26, 32-4.
Kyna (16 points) was the top scorer for the hosts, while Ustat scored two points for Strawberry Fields.
Strawberry Fields girls had earlier registered a 19-2 win over Vivek High School, Mohali, in the quarterfinals.
St Anne's School, Sector 32, registered a 33-28 win over Sacred Heart School, Sector 26, in the third-place playoff. Ananya alone gathered 29 points for St Anne's. Manyate (18 points) was the top scorer for Sacred Heart School.
A total of 16 teams in different age-groups partcipated in the championship.
