If the BJP returned to power, the Kalka area would be pushed towards drugs, Congress candidate from Kalka Pradeep Chaudhary said while urging people to vote in favour of the party.
While addressing ‘nukkad’ meetings in various parts of the constituency, he said once the elections were over, the star campaigners of the BJP would not be seen. He said it was time to vote against drug menace, unemployment, murders, theft and land and mining mafia.
Chaudhary said vehicles of BJP star campaigners, who were claiming initiation of development projects, could hardly move due to deep potholes on the roads. He said he failed to understand as to how the sitting BJP MLA was claiming development projects worth Rs 800 crore in Kalka under the BJP rule as people know that nothing had been done during the past five years.
