Two boys drown in Yamuna: one saved, other missing

NEW DELHI: In Jambola village at Bhorgarh Narela, two youth who went to swim in Yamuna got drowned, said Delhi Fire Service official.



New Delhi, October 21

In Jambola village at Bhorgarh Narela, two youth who went to swim in Yamuna got drowned, said Delhi Fire Service official.

Both youth were identified as Deepak (20) and Suraj (21). Deepak was rescued by the locals and was rushed to Raja Harishchand Hospital and was saved, said DFS official.

The rescue operation for Suraj has stopped because he was untraceable. It will continue on Monday morning, when boat club divers will be called to trace the boy's body. Both are residents of Gautam Colony, Narela. — TNS
