Mohali: Twelve patients died, the highest since the pandemic began, while 867 cases were reported on Wednesday. As many as 852 patients recovered from the infection in the past 24 hours. Among the new cases, 275 surfaced in Mohali (urban), 201 in Dhakoli, 118 in Dera Bassi, 144 in Kharar, 60 in Gharuan, 30 in Boothgarh, 18 in Lalru, 14 in Kurali and seven in Banur.
