CM Rekha Gupta, BJP leaders extend Holi greetings to Delhi residents

Drawing a parallel between the festival and governance, the Chief Minister said just as colours blend to create beauty, her government is working to transform Delhi with modern infrastructure, improved transport connectivity and pollution-control measures. She reiterated her commitment to building a “Viksit Delhi” and urged residents to celebrate an eco-friendly Holi using natural colours.

Delhi Mayor Raja Iqbal Singh also conveyed his greetings to the people, calling Holi a celebration of positivity, brotherhood and renewed energy. He appealed to residents to mark the festival responsibly by conserving water, using natural colours and maintaining cleanliness in public spaces.

Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva extended wishes while addressing a Holi Milan Samaroh at Kashmiri Gate. He said people in Delhi see Holi not merely as a religious occasion, but a festival symbolising social harmony and community unity. Sachdeva added that BJP workers would celebrate the festival by sharing its joy with all sections of society.
