Delhi BJP chief targets Kejriwal over remarks on Gen Z, NEET

Delhi BJP chief Virendra Sachdeva on Wednesday launched a sharp attack on Arvind Kejriwal over his recent remarks directed at Gen Z, accusing the former Delhi Chief Minister of political frustration, misleading youth and attempting to divert attention from alleged corruption during the AAP’s tenure in Delhi and Punjab.

Sachdeva said Kejriwal’s comments reflected an “anarchic style of functioning” and claimed that young voters were no longer willing to be influenced by the AAP leader’s politics.

Referring to the NEET paper leak controversy, the Delhi BJP chief questioned Kejriwal’s criticism of the Rajasthan Government and argued that the exposure of the alleged leak by the local police administration was itself proof of government action against the cheating mafia.

Sachdeva also accused Kejriwal of hypocrisy, recalling that he had launched an anti-corruption movement against the Congress before later forming a government with the party in Delhi in 2013. He alleged that AAP governments in both Delhi and Punjab had disappointed youth and women through “widespread corruption” and unfulfilled promises.

The BJP leader further criticised Kejriwal for his comments on international affairs, saying the AAP convener had previously “embarrassed the country” with remarks related to international affairs and should refrain from speaking about Russia and the USA.
