Wife takes body to Delhi despite family’s no

When his body reached his hometown in Lohia Nagar, emotions ran high. An argument broke out between his wife, Sultana, and his parents over the burial site. While Sultana wanted him buried in Delhi, where they had settled and their children were studying, his parents insisted he be laid to rest in Meerut.

Neighbours and relatives tried to mediate as both sides broke down in tears.

“The blast took Mohsin away, but now even the family is divided,” said a neighbour. After several hours of tension and police intervention, Sultana finally took the body for burial.

According to Delhi Police, Mohsin was among 12 people killed in the explosion, which is now being probed by the National Investigation Agency as a suspected terror attack.
