Delhi grapples with waterlogging

New Delhi: Delhi on Thursday witnessed the heaviest spell of rain this monsoon, leading to inundation of low-lying areas that threw traffic out of gear.

Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Himachal, Uttarakhand and UP witnessed heavy rain and thundershowers on Thursday, the IMD said.

The department said large parts of the country were likely to receive heavy to very heavy rainfall over the next two to three days. TNS
