Delhi Police has secured the top position in the country in the implementation of the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems (CCTNS) for February. It has also received an ISO certification for its quality management systems in digital policing, an official said.
“The force had earlier achieved a perfect score for three consecutive months from October to December 2025 and retained the first rank in January 2026 on the CCTNS Pragati Dashboard,” the official said.
The Pragati Dashboard, monitored by the Ministry of Home Affairs and the National Crime Records Bureau, assesses states and UTs on parameters such as data accuracy, timeliness, connectivity of police stations and electronic transmission of FIRs to courts.
Officials said the achievement highlighted effective implementation of national e-governance platforms, including the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems (CCTNS) and the Inter-Operable Criminal Justice System (ICJS). The ISO certification covers end-to-end digital processes.
