The latest update also reflects growing interest in DU’s newly introduced one-year postgraduate programmes, which are available to students who have completed a four-year undergraduate degree under the UGCF 2022 framework based on the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. So far, 8,823 candidates have registered for these programmes.

Undergraduate admissions have also entered a crucial phase. The university has received 1,90,645 applications, while 1,64,098 candidates have completed Phase II of the admission process. Students can submit or modify their programme and college preferences until 11:59 pm on July 11.

Meanwhile, the second allocation list for BTech admissions has already been released, while the first spot admission round for the five-year integrated law programme is underway.

The university said only 18 vacant seats were available in the spot admission round for the integrated law programme and have been offered strictly on the basis of merit.

Highlighting the latest postgraduate admission round, DU said, “The third list along with allocations to performance-based programmes such as MFA, BPEd, MPEd and Music is live as per schedule.”

On the newly launched one-year master’s programmes, the university said, “The one-year postgraduate programme is being offered to students who have completed a four-year undergraduate programme under the UGCF 2022 (based on NEP-2020) from the University of Delhi.”
