The entire area reverberated with slogans of “Babasaheb aur Bhagat Singh Ka Sapna Adhoora, Kejriwal Karega Poora” and “Inquilab Zindabad” as the volunteers danced to the tune of AAP’s Punjab poll theme song “Ikk Mauka Kejriwal Nu Ikk Mauka Bhagwant Mann Nu”.

“Since Day 1, we knew that the Centre is framing our top brass leadership and justice was served today,” said Kamal Tiwari, senior Vice-President of the ASAP, youth wing of AAP.

“Today it is a day to celebrate, truth and honesty win. The fake case that Narendra Modi and Amit Shah tried to create through ED has been exposed,” another party worker said. Workers not only from Delhi, but also from Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh gathered at 1 Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla Lane. Earlier in the day, emotional Kejriwal asserted that the corruption case against him was the “biggest political conspiracy” in the history of Independent India.
