​Faridabad club brawl: Family allegedly attacked over music choice

A clash broke out at a club in Omaxe World Street, Greater Faridabad, on Thursday night when two groups disagreed over changing the music. A woman was allegedly dragged by her hair and beaten. An FIR has been registered against two named individuals and others at the BPTP police station.

The incident began when a woman asked to change the music, sparking an argument with another woman, Simmi Arora. The situation escalated, and the woman, her friends, and her father, Raman Grover, were allegedly attacked. Grover was seriously injured and hospitalised.

Police say both parties are known to the club owner, and CCTV footage is being examined. “Action will be taken as per the law after verifying the facts,” said SHO Arvind Kumar.
