Along with their arrest, police also claimed to have solved 16 cases of theft and Arms Act violations committed by the accused in Gurugram.

According to the police, Crime Branch Sector-43 received reliable information about four suspects with weapons attempting to rob people on the Ghata-Faridabad Road. Acting swiftly on the tip-off, a special police team was formed, and they arrested all four accused with weapons at the scene.

In a separate incident, a crime branch team recently arrested two individuals for attempting to commit a robbery at gunpoint with illegal weapons on the Rewari-Heli Mandi Road. The arrest of these criminals also led to the solving of nine theft cases in Gurugram and Rewari.

Additionally, Gurugram police arrested three Bangladeshi nationals for illegally residing in the Manesar area without valid documents.

The trio had allegedly used fake documents to gain entry into the country and bypass immigration checks. Police emphasised that landlords must ensure police verification for tenants, with actions to be taken against those housing individuals without proper verification.
