The Delhi Police Special Cell arrested a woman, who runs a beauty parlor in North-East Delhi and is allegedly linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, and a sharpshooter, who was wanted in several murder cases, including last year’s killing of two brothers in northeast Delhi, officials said.

The accused have been identified as Mahfooz, alias Bobby Kabootar, also a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, and Khushnuma Ansari, alias Neha, reportedly known within criminal circles as “Madam Zeher”.

According to the police, the arrests were made following inputs about the movement of the accused persons.

“A trap was laid in the Mahipalpur area, and the SUV in which they were travelling was intercepted around midnight on Tuesday. Firearms were allegedly recovered during the operation, and the accused were booked under relevant provisions of the Arms Act,” the sources said.

The sources said the woman was part of the gang and had been under surveillance for some time before her arrest.

The police said she projected herself as a makeup artist and operated a beauty parlor in northeast Delhi, leading investigators to suspect that the establishment was used as a front while she remained involved in the gang’s operations.

“Her exact role in the syndicate is being ascertained. Kabootar, who was arrested in the same operation, has been wanted in multiple criminal cases, including at least six murder cases. Among the prominent cases linked to him is the December 16, 2025, double murder of two brothers — Fazeel and Nadeem — in northeast Delhi’s Jafrabad area,” the source said.

It has also been alleged that the duo were in a relationship for the past seven years. On her instance, Kabootar came out from hiding in the Seelampur area and were caught near Mahipalpur in South Delhi while riding an SUV.

Bobby is a key member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang in Delhi and he was also involved in reconnaissance before the 2022 murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala.

Investigations indicate the killing was orchestrated by Bishnoi and Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar, reportedly in revenge for the death of Vicky Middukhera. During the operation, the police linked multiple accomplices and recovered evidence related to planning and logistics.

According to police officials, after the murder, he never ventured out again. He did not even visit neighboring colonies. The Delhi Police Special Cell had been waiting for him to step outside Seelampur.

Bobby has also links with the Hashim Baba gang and he is believed to have supplied weapons to the shooters involved in the firing at Disha Patani’s house last year.
