Hero Realty makes way into Greater Noida, acquires 18,215 sqm land in Sector MU

Hero Realty has made an entry into the Greater Noida market by acquiring an 18,215 sqm land parcel in Sector MU through an auction conducted by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. The move marks the company’s expansion into a region that is fast emerging as the next real estate hotspot in the National Capital Region.
The acquired site, located along a 60-metre-wide road, offers strong connectivity to the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway and key institutional hubs. Its proximity to the operational Jewar airport is expected to significantly boost the project’s long-term investment potential, aligning with the broader trend of airport-driven urbanisation in the region.
Commenting on the development, Rohit Kishore, CEO of Hero Realty, said the acquisition comes at a pivotal time when the Noida International Airport is reshaping the region’s growth trajectory. He noted that the airport is set to act as a catalyst for connectivity, economic activity, and property value appreciation, positioning Greater Noida as a key destination for both homebuyers and investors.
