New Delhi, September 21
An 11-year-old girl admitted at Rohini’s ESI Hospital was allegedly raped by a hospital’s sweeper this morning, said a police official.
Early morning after a stomach ache, the girl stepped out of her ward to look for a nursing staff member to give her some prescribed medication. It is then the 40-year-old accused spotted her and took her to his quarter, where he allegedly raped her.
The police were informed at 6 am about the incident and subsequently, the accused was arrested, the official said. — TNS
