Jailed gangsters make presence felt

The recent incident of daylight gang war near the Dwarka Mor Metro Station has once again opened the eyes of the active cell of the Delhi Police. According to inputs of the intelligence agencies, the higher authorities in government are angry with the department regarding the incident of recent gang war during which many innocents could have lost their lives.

However, the police can pat their shoulders that they have jailed most of the hardcore criminals. But, reality is that after been jailed, many of them are active and operating from the Tihar jail.

An accomplice of Neeraj Bawana said most of the gang members, who are jailed, are still active. Most of the times, the people who are going to meet the inmates are giving the information of the further business.

Bawana, who is said to be deadly criminal is jailed, however, has lot of respect in the outer world and young gun entering the crime world are keen to join his gang at any cost.

According to Delhi Police, in the top-five gangster list Naresh Kaushal is the most dreaded gangster. A resident of Gurugram, Kaushal has been involved in more than dozen criminal cases. At number two is Neeraj Bawana who is in the Tihar jail and according to sources, is operating from there.

The Gogi gang is numbered at third place. It is active in the Alipur area. The police of Delhi and various other states have declared Rs 4 lakh reward on him.  Gogi has a rivalry with Tajpur village gangster Sunil, alias Tillu, which is at number fourth, according to the Delhi Police. Gogi is absconding. Tillu is in the jail and operating from there.

At the fifth number is Sonu Dariyapur gang. He is also jailed and is operating from the Tihar jail. According to sources, his gang is active in Delhi, UP and Gurugram.
