According to the police, a PCR call was received at Police Station Vikaspuri at around 12:33 am, reporting that a bus parked adjoining Krishi Apartment had caught fire.
Patrolling staff immediately rushed to the spot and attempted to open the bus.
Two fire tenders also reached the scene and managed to extinguish the fire. Upon checking inside the vehicle, authorities found the body of a man who had been completely burnt.
The bus bearing Haryana registration number is owned by Vijay Kumar (46).
