A minor boy died after being stabbed during a quarrel in northeast Delhi's Khyala, the police said on Tuesday.

The incident took place in an open space near the community centre in C-Block. A PCR call regarding the stabbing was received around 8.45 pm on Monday.

The victim was rushed to Guru Gobind Singh Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. He sustained a stab wound in the stomach.

According to police, two minors have been apprehended in connection with the case. They told investigators that the incident took place following a quarrel in the open space.
The police said both apprehended juveniles are school dropouts. Further investigation is on in the case.
