Congratulating him, Gupta highlighted his “rich organisational experience, disciplined work culture and constant engagement with party workers”. She said these qualities will provide greater momentum to the BJP organisation and his elevation reflects the party leadership’s strong confidence in the young leader.

The CM expressed confidence that under Nitin Nabin’s guidance, the party’s organisational framework will become more dynamic, disciplined and result-oriented. She said Nabin’s political journey has been marked by organisational discipline, grassroots engagement and sustained activism. “With a deep understanding of Bihar’s political landscape, Nabin has handled various organisational responsibilities since his early days in student politics and is known for maintaining direct communication with grassroots workers and strengthening the party at the booth level,” Gupta said.

The CM said that assuming a national responsibility at a young age highlights Nabin’s personal capabilities as well as the BJP’s long term vision of nurturing future leadership. She added that there is widespread belief within the party that he will inspire young workers and encourage them to play a more active role in the organisation’s activities.

Recalling her association with him during the Bihar Assembly elections, the CM said she observed Nabin’s working style, public outreach and organisational understanding during the campaign, and it will benefir the party.

Referring to the leadership philosophy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Gupta said the PM has consistently advocated promoting the youth and providing them with leadership opportunities. She said that Nabin’s appointment reflects this vision where young leadership with fresh ideas, new energy and a modern outlook can take the organisation and the nation forward.

She expressed confidence that with the PM’s guidance and party leadership’s trust, Nabin will lead the BJP to new heights.
