Police chief Satish Golchha visits staff on duty on Holi celebrations

Commissioner Satish Golchha visited several duty points across the national capital to review security arrangements and interact with personnel deployed during Holi celebrations.

During the visits, Golchha extended festival greetings to officers and field staff and appreciated their dedication to maintain law and order while ensuring public safety during the festivities.

He commended the personnel for performing their duties away from their families on an important festival and encouraged them to continue their work with commitment.

As part of the inspection, the commissioner visited duty points at several prominent areas, including Connaught Place, Lajpat Nagar Market, South Extension Market, Peera Garhi Chowk, Mukarba Chowk, ISBT Kashmere Gate and Welcome Metro Station, among others.

Golchha also distributed sweets among the deployed personnel and acknowledged their efforts in ensuring peaceful celebrations across the city.

Senior officers, including Special Commissioners of Police (Law and Order), Joint Commissioners of Police (Ranges), Additional Commissioners of Police and Deputy Commissioners of Police from respective districts, accompanied the commissioner during the inspections in their jurisdictions.
