A gang of cyber criminals, who used to withdraw money from unguarded and isolated ATMs using cloned plastic cards, has been busted, said a police official.

Three persons, Nitish Kumar, Mukesh Kumar and Naveen Kumar, are natives of Bihar.

Recently, a woman lodged a complaint that she received two messages of fraudulent transactions on her mobile phone. During investigation, the footage of CCTV cameras installed outside ATM at the Kashmere Gate Metro station were analysed and three persons were found roaming outside the ATM of SBI at the time of fraudulent transactions.

On Tuesday, they were seen at the Rajeev Chowk Metro station and were arrested. — TNS
