Truck driver arrested for performing dangerous stunts
Cops act after video goes viral on social media
The Nuh police arrested a container truck driver after a viral video showed him driving recklessly and performing dangerous stunts on the Delhi-Mumbai Baroda Expressway in the district.
In the video, the truck driver is seen speeding and performing stunts, putting the lives of other motorists at serious risk. The incident took place around 4 pm on February 3 near Rigad village, Nuh.
A case was registered against the truck driver at the Ferozpur Jhirka Sadar police station.
After the video went viral on social media, the police took cognizance of the incident. They traced the truck through registration number and launched an investigation. The driver was identified as Sabir, a resident of Alwar district, Rajasthan. He was later arrested,” said a spokesperson for the Nuh police.
