Youth falls from terrace, dies; family alleges foul play

A 25-year-old youth died after falling from the terrace of his friend’s house in Adarsh Nagar area of Northwest Delhi, on Monday. The deceased Bhavishya, was a resident of Railway Road, Azadpur, Delhi. The family suspects foul play. Deep Chand Bandhu Hospital informed about a medico-legal report (MLC) involving a person brought in unconscious condition succumbing to injuries.

Based on the call a team reached the hospital and found the deceased’s friend Vansh brought him to the hospital. Family members of the deceased raised suspicion of foul play. At present, no evidence suggesting foul play has surfaced and the allegations appear to be unfounded.

An enquiry revealed at the time of the incident, three mutual friends Nitesh Tomar, Vansh and Kanishk, were present on the terrace of the house of the fourth friend Lalit when the incident took place.
