‘Don’t follow online beauty services blindly’

Amritsar, February19

Wellness and beauty expert Vandana Luthra was in the city on Wednesday for the expansion of the local branch of her VLCC Health Care Ltd.

With years of experience in an industry that has grown humongous, Luthra still believes in the benefits of using natural ingredients and products. She said the pressure of looking beautiful and wellness of body and mind were two different things.

“Looking beautiful is not just about having a particular body size or skin, its overall health of an individual. Over the years, there has been a rat race towards using products that promise weight loss and beauty benefits. But, I maintain that only scientific and healthy procedures should be adopted for such aspirations.”

She also discouraged the women to use Google-based research before choosing beauty or wellness products and services. “Do not use or follow online beauty trends, services and diets blindly,” she added.
