It was a simple birthday message by actor Salman Khan for his co-star and former girlfriend Katrina Kaif, who turned 37 years old on Thursday.

“Happy bday (sic) Katrina,” is all that Salman wrote.

The ‘Dabangg’ actor was joined by other Bollywood stars, including Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, Anushka Sharma and Sonam Kapoor, in wishing Katrina via social media.

“Happy birthday to the gorgeous, gorgeous soul. May your day be full of sunshine...oh and pancakes. I wish you a lifetime of all things lovely!! Love you loads Katy,” wrote Alia, sharing a hot picture of Katrina from a beach photoshoot.

Katrina currently enjoys cordial ties with Salman and calls him her true friend and the relationship with him a “learning curve”.
