Vijay Deverakonda, Rashmika Mandanna celebrate love at starry sangeeth ceremony

Actor Vijay Deverakonda shared a series of pictures and videos on social media from his sangeeth ceremony with Rashmika Mandanna and said it was an evening filled with “laughter”, “emotions” and “surprises”.

Deverakonda, 36, and Mandanna, 29, tied the knot on February 26 in a private ceremony at a luxury hotel on the outskirts of Udaipur. The duo had their Sangeeth ceremony on February 24. They wore outfits from renowned celebrity designer Falguni Shane Peacock.

The “Arjun Reddy” actor uploaded a post on his Instagram handle on Tuesday. “24.02.26. Our Sangeeth night. The evening that was spent laughing till we had tears, dancing till the arches of our feet hurt, swallowing emotions to everyone’s speeches and surprises till our eyes were leaking,” he wrote in the caption.

“Was a big happy party filled with beautiful people..@falgunishanepeacockindia did witchcraft with the clothes, they brought out the dragons ;) I was in it till 4am,” he added.

The duo, who have previously worked together in “Geetha Govindam” and “Dear Comrade”, will next feature in “Ranabaali”.

Billed as a period drama, the upcoming film will feature Deverakonda in the role of Ranabaali and Mandanna as Jayamma. It is set to release in theatres worldwide on September 11 and is directed by Rahul Sankrityan.
