Who is Shekhar Chaudhary? What we know so far about Jasmine Sandlas' fiance
Punjabi singer Jasmine Sandlas surprised fans after announcing her engagement during the opening night of her Dream Girl India Tour in Delhi. Introducing her fiancé, Shekhar Chaudhary, on stage, the singer instantly sparked curiosity online, with searches for his name soaring after videos of the announcement went viral.
While Jasmine Sandlas never publicly confirmed her relationship before the Delhi concert, she had dropped subtle hints in recent months. Fans had spotted Shekhar Chaudhary in several of her Instagram posts and videos, including videos of the two travelling together through airports as she headed for performances.
In many of the videos and photographs, he is seen wearing a 'Team Sandlas' T-shirt while escorting the singer through crowds and backstage areas.

He also accompanied the singer during her visit to Swami Premanand Maharaj in Vrindavan, where Jasmine shared glimpses of seeking blessings, he is seen close behind the singer.
However, she did not identify him or speak publicly about their relationship until introducing him as her fiancé on stage during her Delhi concert.
Despite the attention, very little is publicly known about Shekhar Chaudhary.
Unlike Jasmine, who enjoys a massive fan following through her Punjabi and Bollywood hits, Shekhar has stayed away from the limelight. Jasmine has not revealed his profession, educational background, family or personal life. There is also no verified information suggesting that he is associated with the entertainment industry as an actor, singer, musician or producer.
His social media presence has also remained largely out of the public eye, making him one of the internet's latest mysteries following the singer's engagement announcement.
Jasmine kept the relationship private
Before the Delhi concert, Jasmine had never publicly confirmed that she was in a relationship. The engagement announcement marked the couple's first public appearance together.
During her performance at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre on July 11, Jasmine invited Shekhar on stage and told the cheering audience, "This is the man who put a ring on it. This is my man, everybody!"
The couple hugged before dancing to her hit song Laavan, with Jasmine proudly flaunting her engagement ring. Shekhar later blew her a kiss as he walked off stage, while the singer appeared emotional. Clips of the heartwarming moment quickly went viral across social media.
Neither Jasmine nor her team has disclosed wedding plans or shared further details about their relationship.
The Delhi concert marked the beginning of Jasmine Sandlas' multi-city India tour. She is scheduled to perform next in Mumbai on July 18, Bengaluru on July 25, and Chandigarh on August 29.
For now, the only confirmed information about Shekhar Chaudhary comes from Jasmine's on-stage announcement, with the singer choosing to keep her relationship and her fiancé's personal life, largely private.
