Formerly noted for her acting as the tough and empathetic lawyer Archana Bajaj in the film Chhapaak, Sarghi’s understated yet intense screen presence in Dhurandhar part 2 and the ability to lend weight to the frames she populates, marks her as the rare actor to watch out for.

A short glimpse of her standing in the midst of sprawling fields in one of Ranveer’s brief flashbacks in Dhurandhar 1 was only a hint.

Her myriad Television and cinema experiences include, ‘Na Aana Is Des Meri Lado’ (TV), films Firaaq, Manto, Angneepath and Chhapaak.

A quintessential Punjabi at heart, Sarghi is well read and a connoisseur of global cinema.
