Case registered against three minor students under POCSO act
An eighth-grade student at a government school in a Faridabad village was allegedly sexually abused for several days by two of his classmates and a tenth-grade student. Based on a complaint by the victim’s father, police have registered a case against the three minor students under POCSO act at Saran police station and initiated an investigation.
According to police, the 12-year-old victim was leaving school to go home when two students from his class and a tenth-grade student, aged between 14 and 16, lured him to the school bathroom and sexually assaulted him.
The accused students allegedly exploited him for several days. The student told his father about the incident and they subsequently filed a complaint at Saran police station.
Two out of the three accused students live in the same village as the victim.
