This collaboration marks Tonino Lamborghini’s entry into India’s residential real estate market, as developers increasingly tie up with global brands to tap rising demand for luxury, design-led housing in Gurugram.

The project will be developed under a licence agreement model, involving fixed and performance-linked payments to the Italian brand. Analysts say such partnerships are becoming a key differentiator in the premium housing segment, though execution and pricing will remain critical in sustaining buyer interest amid rapid supply expansion.
