The Deputy Commissioner attended a review meeting of the Samadhan Shivir Cell held via video conferencing under the chairmanship of Vijayendra Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary, Haryana Cooperation Department.

After the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner stated that every complaint received through the Samadhan Shivirs is being closely monitored by the state government and negligence at any level will not be tolerated. He directed all heads of departments to treat complaints received at the camps not as a formality but as a responsibility. He further instructed that pending complaints should be resolved within the stipulated time and that concrete action must be ensured in every case.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Utsav Anand also held a review meeting with all heads of departments regarding complaints received in the Samadhan Shivirs. He directed officials to ensure that, after resolving a complaint, the Action Taken Report (ATR) is submitted in the prescribed format and uploaded immediately on the Samadhan Cell portal as no complaint will be considered resolved without an ATR.
