Haryana: Within hours, fresh posting orders issued for IAS, HCS officers
Orders were revised at night
The government has withdrawn the transfer and posting orders of six IAS and 21 HCS officers, within hours of issuing the order.
Yogesh Kumar, Secretary, HAFED, and Additional Director (Admn), Hospitality Department, was appointed Commissioner, Karnal MC, and District Municipal Commissioner, Karnal. But within few hours, another order was issued, transferring him as Member Secretary, Haryana State Pollution Control Board. The transfer order initially stated that the posting order for Dr Vaishali Sharma would be issued later. But a late-night order said she will continue as Commissioner, MC Karnal and District Municipal Commissioner, Karnal.
HCS officer Yogesh Kumar Mehta, Additional Director (Admn) and Special Secretary, Information, Public Relations and Languages Department, was appointed Karnal Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC). In the fresh order, he was posted as Secretary, State Police Complaint Authority, and ADC Karnal. HCS officer, Tarun Kumar Pawaria, who was posted as Joint Secretary, General Administration, Joint Secretary, Foreign Cooperation Department and Joint Secretary, Monitoring and Coordination Department, was posted as Mahendragarh ADC, but now, he was also been appointed Joint Secretary, Foreign Cooperation Department.
IAS officer Subitha Dhaka, awaiting posting orders, has been appointed ADC-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Palwal, while Jaideep Kumar, who was serving as ADC-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Palwal, has been appointed Mission Director, Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban).
Sonu Bhatt, ADC-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, CEO Zila Parishad, and DRDA, Karnal, has been appointed ADC-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Gurugram. He is also Additional Managing Director, HSIIDC, and CEO, Global City Project, Gurugram.
Vivek Arya, ADC-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer and CEO, Zila Parishad, and DRDA, Jind, is now ADC-cum-District Citizen Resources Info Officer, Kurukshetra. Abhinav Siwach, who was Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Pehowa, has been posted as Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Bahadurgarh.
Among other HCS officers, Vatsal Vashishth, who was serving as ADC-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Gurugram, is now OSD-1 to the Chief Secretary.
Pradeep Kumar, Special Officer (Sanitation), Rohtak, is ADC-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Jind, and Dr Sushil Kumar, District Municipal Commissioner, Jhajjar, is ADC-cum-District Citizen Resources Info Officer, Kaithal.
Virat, OSD to the Principal Secretary to CM, is ADC-cum-District Citizen Resources Info Officer, Ambala. — TNS
