The Deputy Commissioner also instructed the officials to ensure timely resolution of complaints received at the grievance redressal camps being held at the district and subdivisional levels. He also directed the officials to ensure that the complaints received at the camps are uploaded on the portal. He also inquired about pending complaints and issued instructions.

During the Samadhan Shivir, Satya Devi, a resident of Sultanpur, raised a grievance regarding her widow pension. Aman Kumar, a resident of Lalana village, flagged an issue related to Family ID. Dhani Ram, a resident of Model Town, sought correction in his father's name on his Family ID, besides creation of a ration card. Shobha, a resident of Nai Indrapuri, submitted a complaint about not receiving ration, while Sohan Singh, a resident of Humayunpur, raised a complaint regarding the cancellation of his ration card. The Deputy Commissioner instructed the officials concerned to take immediate action on all the complaints received.

He said that as per the instructions of the state government, Samadhan Shivirs are being organised regularly in Ambala district at the district level as well as at the subdivisional level. Through these camps, the problems of the general public are being addressed on a priority basis.
