Ambala Div trains cancelled, rescheduled

AMBALA: Several trains have been cancelled and rescheduled in Ambala division for the track strengthening work tomorrow.

Several trains have been cancelled and rescheduled in Ambala division for the track strengthening work tomorrow. “In order to strengthen the infrastructure, Ambala Railways division will take three blocks on the Saharanpur-Ambala up line, on the Ludhiana-Dhuri-Jakhal-Hisar section and at the Ambala Cantt station on Sunday,” Hari Mohan, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Ambala, said here today.

The trains that will run behind the schedule include Saharanpur-Ambala Cantt passenger by 60 minutes, Ludhiana-Churu passenger by 95 minutes, Haridwar-Amritsar Janshatabdi Express by 60 minutes and Haridwar-Sri Ganganagar Express also by 60 minutes.

The trains to be regulated are Lok Mania Tilak-Amritsar Express for 150 minutes in Delhi division and 100 minutes in Ambala division and Delhi-Ambala Cantt passenger for 60 minutes in Delhi division.

The trains to remain partially cancelled include Ludhiana-Hisar passenger between Jakhal and Hisar; Hisar-Ludhiana passenger between Hisar and Jakhal; Churu-Ludhiana passenger between Dhuri and Ludhiana; and Ludhiana-Churu passenger train between Ludhiana and Dhuri section. — TNS
