BJP cancelled 10 medical institutes in Jhajjar: Ex-CM
Former CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Saturday sought votes for Congress candidates in Badli, Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar and Rohtak constituencies. He held 10 public meetings in quick succession and claimed a big victory for the Congress after seeing the public enthusiasm.
Addressing the public meetings in Jhajjar, Hooda accompanied by the Congress candidates — Geeta Bhukkal and Kuldeep Vats — said many big projects like AIIMS in Jhajjar’s Badhsa, National Cancer Institute, Central Yoga and Natural Research Institute in Devrakhana, Global Nuclear Energy Partnership Centre in Jasaur Kheri, Metro line to Bahadurgarh, Industrial Footwear Park, two thermal power plants came up during the Congress government in the state.
“The BJP has always given step-motherly treatment to Jhajjar. Instead of bringing any new project, the BJP government cancelled 10 national-level medical institutes approved by the Congress in Badhsa. The people of Jhajjar will give a reply to this anti-people mentality of the BJP on October 5 and work to speed up the development of Jhajjar by electing all Congress candidates,” he said.
