Dr Poonia addresses the party’s organisational meetings at Murthal road and Sector 23
Dr Satish Poonia, BJP’s Haryana in-charge said that with the people’s blessings and the hard work of the party-workers, the BJP would win with a huge margin in the upcoming civic polls. He also appealed to the party workers to work unitedly in the upcoming polls.
Dr Poonia was addressing the party’s organisational meetings at Murthal road and Sector 23 and took details of all the wards and issued directions to the workers. BJP State Chief Mohan Lal Badoli; organisational general secretary Phaninder Nath Sharma; state vice president and Sonepat in-charge Satish Nandal; state general secretary Dr Archna Gupta; MLAs Nikhil Madaan, Krishna Gahlawat, Pawan Kharkhoda, former minister Kavita Jain; district president Ashok Bhardwaj; Mayor candidate Rajiv Jain and all candidates of the 22 wards were present during the meetings.
Poonia further said that the people of the state had complete faith in the policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini. He further stated that CM Saini was carrying out relentless development work across the state. The people in Haryana were pleased with the development initiatives undertaken by the BJP-led centre and state governments, therefore, a victory of the BJP candidates in the municipal polls was assured, he added.
Poonia urged party workers to hold small meetings, listen to the people’s grievances and assure them of resolutions. He also directed that all party office bearers mobilise booth-level workers and intensify the electoral campaign.
Poonia emphasised that no stone should be left unturned in the election efforts, by working tirelessly day and night, they must not only win the mayoral election but also ensure that the ‘lotus’ blooms in every single ward.
In a scathing attack on the Congress party, Poonia said the Congress was nowhere to be seen in the elections. He also said that the Congress was contesting merely as a formality in this election.
The state in-charge further said that every election was equally significant for the BJP and therefore, no election was considered small or big.
Poonia appealed to party workers to work hard and emphasised that they must go door-to-door and encourage people to cast their votes in favour of the BJP.
BJP state president Mohan Lal Badoli said that a one-sided atmosphere has emerged in favour of BJP in the civic polls. The people in the state are prioritising the politics of development and transparency. The people have decided to make Haryana ‘Congress free’ and to carry forward this journey of development.
The State president expressed confidence that the BJP would register a historic victory in civic polls across the state including Sonepat MC.
