BJP’s Bhavya Bishnoi, father face protest, confrontation in Adampur village
Kuldeep Bishnoi, a former MP, and his son Bhavya Bishnoi, the BJP candidate, faced protests from villagers in Kutiawali village of the Adampur assembly segment in Hisar district today.
A verbal duel between the Bishnoi father-son duo and protesters escalated into a confrontation, with reports of manhandling from both sides. Villagers alleged that Bishnoi supporters smashed their mobile phones while they were filming the visit.
A viral video shows Kuldeep Bishnoi arguing with villagers, while Bhavya stands behind him. The villagers objected to Bhavya’s claim of bringing Rs 800 crore in grants for the region, citing neglect of their village. A confrontation ensued between the two groups, and the BJP leaders’ cavalcade left the village after the incident.
