Campus notes: Cleanliness campaign at CUH

Mahendragarh: The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of the Central university of Haryana (CUH), Mahendragarh, organised a cleanliness drive as part of the ‘Swachh Bharat Mission’. The event, aimed at promoting hygiene and environmental sustainability, witnessed enthusiastic participation of students, faculty members, and local community members. Prof Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, and Prof Sushma Yadav, Pro Vice-Chancellor, expressed gratitude to all participants. The cleanliness drive was conducted at Baba Jairamdas Mandir and sports complex, Pali, Mahendragarh. The event was inaugurated by Prof Suneel Kumar, Registrar.

Sports competition at DAV school

Kaithal: A two-day state-level DAV sports competition was organised at OSDAV Public School, Kaithal. A total of 38 teams from different parts of the state participated in the event. The students, both boys and girls, competed in yoga, badminton, and table tennis across various age groups. The Principal of OSDAV Public School, Anju Talwar, congratulated the winning teams and encouraged all participants to strive for success.
