A CIA-II team from Kaithal arrested a man with 21 kg of opium on Monday evening. SP Lokender Singh said the accused, Gurpreet Singh of Kaithal, who was a truck driver, had brought opium from Bihar and was planning to sell it in Haryana and Punjab. Gurpreet had been booked under the NDPS Act, the SP said. TNS
