Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Tuesday released ‘Sadan Sandesh’, a magazine of the state Vidhan Sabha. Calling it a pivotal initiative in the direction of mass communication by the Assembly, he said this was the beginning of a new vision and direction.

The event was attended by Speaker Harvinder Kalyan, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Mahipal Dhanda and Deputy Speaker Dr Krishan Lal Middha, among others.

Saini said the magazine will act as a bridge of communication between the people and the House.  It would not only help convey the proceedings, decisions, and legislative processes of the Assembly to the public, but also would play a vital role in strengthening democratic values.
