Sirsa District Women’s Congress organised a candle march on Sunday demanding a thorough investigation into the Epstein Files and the role of Indian politicians allegedly

The march, led by District Women’s Congress president Krishna Phaugat, started from Mahavir Colony and concluded at Maharana Pratap Chowk. Several women party leaders participated, following directives from National Women’s Congress president Alka Lamba and Haryana state president Pearl Choudhary.

Speaking during the march, Krishna Phaugat said the files reveal “disturbing acts involving some prominent Indian politicians.” She called on the Centre to clarify the involvement of these leaders to ensure

transparency for the public.

Other senior district women leaders present included Krishna Bhambhu, Anguri Devi Verma, Pushpa Narang, Kamlesh Sandhu, Sumitra Devi, Rani Devi, Parvati Devi, Kamla Devi, Omwati and Madhu, among others.
