BJP working president JP Nadda has asked party leaders and workers to connect with people and also speak with them politely. He was here today to boost the morale of party leaders and workers from Kurukshetra, Karnal, Panipat and Kaithal districts ahead of the forthcoming Assembly elections.

Nadda paid obeisance at the Bhadra Kali temple in Thanesar. He appreciated the Haryana CM for giving jobs on the basis of merit and bringing transparency in the transfer of employees.

He said, “Political researchers will always remember the elections of 2014 and 2019. I am not saying anything just to please you. PM Narendra Modi has changed the narrative of politics. At present, the BJP has its government in 17 states. Soon, this number will be over 20. In the BJP, discipline is not preached, but imbibed and since our leaders are disciplined, every party worker is disciplined”.

Nadda took a dig at the Congress and said, “Congress leaders were shocked after the BJP took historic decisions. While we have national-level leaders, the Congress has nothing. Their leaders are either in jail or out on bail”.

The CM said that many workers were eyeing party ticket while only one would get it in an Assembly constituency. The party would select the right candidate.
