According to the complaint filed by Kapil, son of the deceased, the incident happened on Friday and at that time his father was alone in his room and hanged himself.

According to Kapil’s complaint, the dogs frequently roamed the street, damaging his father’s scooter and creating a mess by scattering garbage around their home. Despite multiple complaints to their neighbour, Khushiram, the issues were never addressed. My father was very upset about this and being upset with the neighbour, he took this step, Kapil alleged.
